With thanks for a most friendly and efficient service. Just wanted to thank you for all you did at Festival Flats (and at such short notice!) to help rent our flat over the Festival. All seemed to go well and it was a painless experience. From what we experienced, you are obviously incredibly efficient and organised. Everything went like clockwork as far as the accommodation was concerned. You were also unfailingly friendly and courteous, even when you must have been under a lot of pressure. Elaine was calm, efficient and exceptionally helpful. She really went out of her way for us and we do appreciate it very much. This was our first visit to the Festival but we will definitely be back next year and would definitely like to book our accommodation through Festival Flats. It was a terrific flat and quite made my stay. Will always recommend your company with high esteem. Thank you.
